Munich, 19 November 2025 – Cherry SE, a global manufacturer known for computer input devices and digital healthcare solutions, has announced the initiation of an M&A process aimed at potentially divesting one of its two core business segments: "Digital Health & Solutions" or "Peripherals."

This strategic move comes as a response to ongoing financial constraints that the company faces despite previous restructuring efforts. Cherry SE aims to use the liquidity from the divestment to alleviate financial liabilities and support the remaining business in achieving its growth objectives.

The "Digital Health & Solutions" segment includes a range of e-health products and cloud solutions, while the "Peripherals" segment offers products from gaming to security peripherals. Further discussion on this decision will occur during the company's virtual extraordinary general meeting.
