Christian Dior Announces Board of Directors Changes

Paris, October 7, 2026 – Christian Dior has announced the immediate co-option of Tony Estanguet and Xavier Musca as independent directors. They replace Nicolas Bazire and Maria Luisa Loro Piana, who have resigned.

Tony Estanguet, a prominent French athlete and sports executive, is now a member of the Performance Audit Committee. Xavier Musca, an experienced economist and business executive, has been appointed to the Performance Audit Committee and the Governance and Compensation Committee.

This restructuring aligns with the Arnault family's simplification project, announced on September 23, 2026. This project may lead to a mandatory tender offer for Christian Dior shares, without a squeeze-out implementation.
