Churchill Resources Secures TSXV Approval for Golden Baie Option Agreement
Churchill Resources Inc. has received approval from the TSX Venture Exchange for its definitive option agreement with Canstar Resources Inc. This agreement grants Churchill the option to acquire a 100% interest in the Golden Baie antimony-gold property in Newfoundland. The company issued over 15 million common shares to Canstar and made a cash payment of approximately $208,167 to fulfill the terms of the option.
The Golden Baie project spans 1,597 claims across nearly 400 square kilometers. Convenient access is available through provincial highways, with local communities providing support. Previous exploration by Canstar identified several noteworthy gold-antimony occurrences.
Churchill plans an immediate data analysis with Canstar's team to prioritize exploration in 2026. Planned activities include systematic trenching and drilling, similar to past successful projects, alongside new airborne geophysical surveys.
