Funding Renewal for CIBOX
CIBOX, a French manufacturer of electric micromobility solutions, has announced the renewal of its equity financing line with IRIS. This new agreement provides for a maximum amount of €2 million. The financing terms, in the form of bond issuance warrants redeemable in shares, remain similar to those established for the initial financing in October 2024.
On February 4, 2026, 200 bonds were issued, representing a total nominal amount of €500,000. This financing is essential to support the industrial and commercial growth of its site in Revin. In 2025, CIBOX recorded an 86% increase in its turnover, reaching €10.4 million in the second half of the year.
