Resolutions Adopted at the CIBOX General Meeting
On June 30, 2025, CIBOX Inter@ctive held its combined general meeting in Alfortville. Shareholders, present or represented, reached a quorum of 24.21%, allowing the meeting to deliberate. A total of 73,780,378 shares, representing 84,778,163 votes, were cast.
At this meeting, 24 resolutions were put to a vote. All were adopted except Resolution 21. The adopted resolutions, both ordinary and extraordinary, received full approval of the votes cast. The rejected resolution received 100% of the votes cast against.
This meeting confirmed the shareholders' support for the proposals submitted by CIBOX management, thus consolidating the company's position.
