Cicor and Mercury Form Strategic Supply Partnership

Cicor Technologies Ltd has entered a strategic supply agreement with Mercury Mission Systems International S.A. This partnership will see Cicor acquiring a manufacturing operation in Plan-Les-Ouates, Switzerland. The collaboration anticipates increased demand for defence products, prompting Mercury to streamline operations and shift part of its manufacturing to Cicor. Mercury aims to concentrate on engineering design and systems integration to foster international growth.

The agreement includes the transfer of 34 employees and the relocation of production to Cicor sites in the UK and Switzerland. This partnership solidifies Cicor's strategy to enhance its presence in the aerospace and defence sector. The transaction is expected to finalize within a month, pending customary approvals. Mercury will purchase products from Cicor worth a significant value over the next five years, aiming to deepen the business relationship and create additional revenue potential.
