OEP 80 B.V. Announces Provisional Final Result of Cicor Tender Offer
Bronschhofen, 21 February 2025 – Cicor Technologies Ltd announced that major shareholder OEP 80 B.V. published the provisional final results of its mandatory tender offer. The offer targets all publicly held registered shares of Cicor, following the additional acceptance period's conclusion.
OEP's participation in Cicor, including shares held by related parties and the 13,216 shares tendered, totals 41.21% of Cicor’s shares. This figure is as of the end of the acceptance period on 20 February 2025, pending the offer's completion.
