Paris, December 3, 2025 – Claranova SE has published details regarding the composition of its share capital and the associated voting rights, in accordance with regulatory requirements. As of November 30, 2025, the total number of shares comprising the share capital is 57,206,910. This figure also corresponds to the number of theoretical voting rights.

Among these shares, some are non-voting. The company itself holds 22,973 registered shares and 87,980 bearer shares. Thus, the number of exercisable voting rights amounts to 57,095,957, after deducting treasury shares.
