On August 4, 2025, Claranova SE published its share capital and voting rights data as of July 31, 2025. In accordance with legal requirements, the company has a total of 57,206,910 shares in its capital. These shares also correspond to 57,206,910 theoretical voting rights.
However, not all shares have exercisable voting rights. Due to treasury shares, 22,973 registered and 37,962 bearer shares, the total number of exercisable voting rights amounts to 57,145,975. This represents the difference between the theoretical voting rights and the shares without these rights.
