CNP Assurances Releases 2024 SFCR Reports
On April 8, 2025, CNP Assurances announced the publication of their Group Solvency and Financial Condition Report (SFCR) and CNP Assurances SA's solo SFCR for the year ending December 31, 2024. These reports adhere to Solvency II regulatory requirements and were approved by the Board on March 25, 2025.
Key figures indicate that the CNP Assurances Group’s Solvency Capital Requirement (SCR) coverage ratio hit 237% at the end of 2024, a decrease of 16 points from the previous year. This drop was influenced by adverse market conditions and changes in financial strategy. Own funds eligible for the Group SCR were €38.3 billion, with the SCR at €16.2 billion.
