Call for the COFIDUR Combined General Meeting
COFIDUR has announced that it will hold its Combined General Meeting on May 14, 2025. Shareholders are invited to attend this meeting, which will be held at the company's registered office. According to the agenda, financial and strategic resolutions will be discussed. The participation and voting procedures will be specified in the notices sent to shareholders.
