Acquisition of the Belantis leisure park by Compagnie des Alpes

Compagnie des Alpes has announced the acquisition of the Belantis amusement park, located near Leipzig, Germany. This purchase, made from Parques Reunidos, includes the entire share capital of Event Park GmbH. Belantis, which opened in 2003, welcomes 300,000 visitors annually and generated revenue of €11 million for the 2024 financial year. The acquisition valued Belantis at €22 million.

With its 27 attractions, shops, and restaurants, the park benefits from a convenient location and a land area of 80 hectares, including 41 hectares available for future development. Compagnie des Alpes plans to increase Belantis' annual attendance to 900,000 visitors thanks to its operational expertise.
