Compagnie des Alpes Acquires Belantis Park in Germany

Compagnie des Alpes has completed the acquisition of Belantis Park, located in the Leipzig region, from Parques Reunidos. Belantis, featuring 27 attractions in nine themed zones, attracts mainly families. The park, with three shops and six dining areas, generated approximately 11 million euros in turnover in 2024. The deal is valued at 22 million euros.

Belantis benefits from a strategic location with access to a dynamic catchment area and limited local competition. Owned land covers over 80 hectares, with an additional 41 hectares for future development. Compagnie des Alpes aims to increase annual visitors to 900,000, leveraging its expertise.

This acquisition strengthens Compagnie des Alpes' international presence with eight leisure parks across continental Europe. As Germany hosts five parks welcoming over a million visitors annually, this market is second only to France in Europe.
