Compagnie des Alpes acquires Sport4lux in Luxembourg
Compagnie des Alpes has finalized the acquisition of Sport4lux, a leading sports center located in Munsbach, Luxembourg, through its subsidiary Urban Soccer. This transaction marks a significant step forward in the European development of the Urban Group, allowing it to enter a strategic market with strong economic potential. Sport4lux is recognized as the leading five-a-side football and padel center in Luxembourg.
The acquisition is accompanied by new initiatives, such as the launch of the Paris Saint-Germain Academy and enhanced merchandising, supported by partnerships with Nike, HEAD, and Bullpadel.
