Compagnie des Alpes wins new DSP in Pralognan-la-Vanoise
The Pralognan-la-Vanoise municipal council has selected Compagnie des Alpes for a 25-year public service delegation to operate its mountain resort. The contract, which begins on November 1, 2025, provides for an estimated positive cash flow of €300 million for the group.
Pralognan-la-Vanoise, a resort with favorable geographical and climatic characteristics, is a major tourist center year-round. The resort currently boasts 31 downhill ski slopes and numerous summer activities.
Dominique Thillaud and David Ponson, directors of Compagnie des Alpes, expressed their satisfaction with this new opportunity, stating that the project will strengthen the resort's attractiveness, with the integration of local teams.
