Provision of the 2024 Universal Registration Document by Compagnie des Alpes
On January 29, 2025, Compagnie des Alpes announced that its Universal Registration Document, including the annual financial report for the financial year ending September 30, 2024, has been filed with the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF). This document is available on the company's website as well as that of the AMF.
The printed version will be available by the end of February 2025. This filing is part of the company's next steps, including the General Meeting scheduled for March 13 and the publication of quarterly and half-yearly financial results between April and May 2025.
Compagnie des Alpes thus confirms its active role in the leisure sector in Europe and undertakes to maintain transparent communication with its partners.
