Michelin: Key information on the General Meeting of Shareholders
Michelin will hold its Combined General Meeting on May 16, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. at the Zénith d'Auvergne in Cournon-d'Auvergne. Shareholders will receive a notice of meeting containing the voting form, agenda, and draft resolutions. All these documents are available on michelin.com.
In accordance with Article R. 225-83 of the French Commercial Code, the necessary information can be viewed online or at the registered office and may also be requested. The meeting will be broadcast live in French and English and will remain available for two years.
Key dates include the coupon detachment on May 21 and the dividend payment on May 23. First-half results will be released on July 24, 2025.
