Michelin: Update of voting rights and shares

On September 4, 2025, Compagnie Générale des Établissements Michelin published a statement regarding the total number of voting rights and the number of shares comprising its share capital. As of July 31, 2025, the company had 705,748,786 shares. The total number of theoretical voting rights was 1,034,772,360. Exercisable voting rights reached 1,034,771,533, taking into account 827 treasury shares.
