Compagnie Lebon sells its stake in Madeleine Premier

Compagnie Lebon has finalized the sale by its subsidiary Esprit de France of its minority stake in Madeleine Premier. This company owns the business of the Hôtel Fauchon, located in Paris. The sale follows a purchase agreement signed on December 19, 2025, and the fulfillment of the conditions precedent. The operating agreement held by Esprit de France, which has owned 49% of the capital since 2016, has thus ended.

The transaction, which resulted from a competitive process, will have a positive impact on Compagnie Lebon's accounts. Details of this impact will be provided when the annual results are published.
