Compagnie Lebon's 2025 Annual Results
Compagnie Lebon announces a net income attributable to the group of €6.4 million for 2025, up from 2024. This improvement is primarily due to the full opening of its hotels and a successful divestment. Revenue reached €92 million, representing a 12% increase. Net asset value (NAV) rose by nearly 10%, reaching €312 million.
The hotel business posted a net profit of €9.2 million, and the spa business returned to profitability. However, the asset management and investment sectors posted losses of €0.2 million and €0.5 million respectively. A dividend of €12 per share is proposed, including an €8 special dividend.
