CMG Cleantech S.A. Proposes Acquisition of Enercon Asia Pte. Ltd.
On May 6, 2026, CMG Cleantech S.A. announced its proposal to acquire Enercon Asia Pte. Ltd., a Singapore-based clean energy company.
