Les Constructeurs du Bois sign a strategic sales agreement in Luxembourg

Les Constructeurs du Bois (LCB) have signed a preliminary sales agreement with AGORA, a Luxembourg-based development company, for the development of the Belval Sud district. This project concerns lot 10, with a building area of 10,416.93 m² spread across 10 buildings, and represents a sales volume of nearly 50 million euros.

AGORA, responsible for the revitalization of former steelworks sites in Luxembourg, chose LCB because of its expertise in eco-construction. This partnership aims to create a sustainable urban model in a region experiencing population growth. Work is expected to begin at the end of 2026.

Belval Sud is designed to meet strong residential demand in southern Luxembourg. The partners plan to offer different types of housing to guarantee a high quality of life.
