CoTec Holdings Corp. Reports Successful Annual Meeting Outcomes
CoTec Holdings Corp. (TSXV:CTH)(OTCQX:CTHCF) announced that all resolutions were approved during its virtual annual and special shareholders meeting. Six directors, including Julian Treger and Tom Albanese, were re-elected. The re-appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as auditors was confirmed.
Lucio Genovese, CoTec Chairman, acknowledged Margot Naudie's contributions as she chose not to seek re-election. Ms. Naudie's service over the years was recognized as valuable for the company.
The meeting also saw amendments to the Company's omnibus equity incentive plan. CoTec continues to focus on integrating innovative technologies with strategic resources in the rare earth magnet and strategic materials sector.
