HyProMag USA Initiates Preparatory Work in Texas
CoTec Holdings Corp. has announced that its joint venture, HyProMag USA, is set to begin preparatory work at its Dallas-Fort Worth facility. The site, located at Ironhead Commerce Center in Denton County, Texas, spans approximately 125,000 square feet and will serve as a hub for rare earth magnet recycling and manufacturing.
With the lease now active, HyProMag USA aims to establish an operational presence, including infrastructure and security installations. This step is critical as the facility prepares to deploy its patented technology to recycle neodymium-iron-boron magnets from scrap and end-of-life products.
The site is poised to support HyProMag's hub-and-spoke strategy, integrating operations in South Carolina and Nevada. The project is expected to create around 90 to 100 skilled jobs and significantly enhance the domestic supply chain of rare earth materials.
