Courtois SA: Changes in Voting Rights as of June 30, 2026

Courtois SA, based in Toulouse, has published an update regarding the breakdown of its voting rights as of June 30, 2026. The total number of shares outstanding is 72,780, of which 68,067 carry double voting rights. The total gross voting rights thus amount to 140,847, while the number of exercisable voting rights is 140,424.

It should be noted that 423 shares are deprived of voting rights. Article 10 of the bylaws specifies the obligation for any entity exceeding or crossing the 0.5% threshold of the share capital or voting rights to notify the company within 15 days. Failure to comply with this obligation may result in the temporary deprivation of voting rights.
