Covivio Announces Share and Voting Rights Update
On 7th July 2026, Covivio released its latest update on the total number of voting rights and share capital. As of 30th June 2026, the company’s capital consists of 111,623,468 shares. The theoretical voting rights total 111,623,468, while exercisable voting rights stand at 110,808,814. This reduction is due to 814,654 treasury shares, which are ineligible for voting under French law.
The company's Articles of Association require shareholders to declare when their holdings cross certain thresholds, starting at 1% of total share capital or voting rights. This rule enhances transparency by going beyond statutory requirements. Failure to comply may result in suspension of voting rights for unreported shares for up to two years.
