Covivio Announces Voting Rights and Share Capital Details
On September 1, 2025, Covivio released its latest figures regarding voting rights and share capital. As of August 31, 2025, the total number of shares in the capital was 111,623,468. The number of theoretical voting rights corresponds to this figure, whereas the exercisable voting rights are slightly reduced to 110,802,191, factoring in 821,277 treasury shares without voting rights.
Covivio's Articles of Association mandate significant reporting obligations. Any entity crossing a 1% threshold of share capital or voting rights must notify Covivio. This includes both legal and additional thresholds, aiming for transparency and governance compliance. Non-compliance may lead to deprivation of voting rights for those shares for two years.
