Covivio Reports on Half-Year Liquidity Contract Performance
On January 17, 2025, Covivio released its half-yearly report concerning the liquidity contract managed by BNP Paribas Financial Markets as of December 31, 2024. At the end of the period, the liquidity account held 100,862 Covivio shares and €4,545,855.
Throughout the second half of 2024, Covivio executed 2,278 transactions to buy a total of 314,997 shares worth €15,837,792, and sold 321,363 shares via 2,250 transactions, totaling €16,131,340. Initially, when the contract took effect, 63,343 shares and €4,610,245 had been allocated.
The liquidity contract, originally managed by Exane, was transferred to BNP Paribas Financial Markets on October 23, 2023. This report is compiled under the AMF Decision n° 2021-01 provisions.
