Covivio Hotels: Update on voting rights and shares

Covivio Hotels has published information regarding its share capital and voting rights as of July 31, 2025. The document specifies that the total number of shares comprising the share capital is 157,990,312. Of these shares, 157,986,952 voting rights are exercisable. This difference is explained by 3,360 treasury shares, deprived of voting rights according to Article L. 225-210 of the French Commercial Code.
