CPI Europe Reports Strong Rental Income for H1 2026

CPI Europe AG has released its unaudited financial results for the first half of 2026. The company reported that its real estate portfolio is valued at €8,574.7 million, with rental income rising to €291.4 million. This growth was driven by the acquisition of CPI BYTY residential properties in the Czech Republic and an increase in like-for-like rental income. Operating profit stood at €267.2 million, while net profit reached €158.3 million.

The real estate firm continued to optimize its property portfolio, resulting in the sale of assets worth €321.7 million aligned with its strategic objectives. As of June 30, 2026, the occupancy rate of 93.5% and a gross return of 6.9% reflect the strength of the portfolio. The company's balance sheet remains strong, with an equity ratio of 49.6% and €346.8 million in cash and cash equivalents.

Looking ahead, CPI Europe plans to emphasize its core business by expanding retail properties and enhancing its Czech residential portfolio. The potential integration of retail assets across different subsidiaries is being evaluated to support these goals.
