Credissential Inc. Announces Private Placement Financing

Credissential Inc., a Calgary-based AI software development company listed on the Canadian Securities Exchange, has announced a non-brokered private placement. The company plans to issue up to 3,000,000 units priced at $0.16 per unit, targeting gross proceeds of up to $480,000. Each unit comprises one common share and one-half of a common share purchase warrant. Warrants can be exercised at $0.25 per share within 24 months.

Proceeds from the offering will be allocated to general working capital and corporate purposes. Completion depends on regulatory approvals, including the Canadian Securities Exchange. Securities from the offering will be subject to a four-month and one-day statutory hold period.
