Crédit Agricole Alpes Provence: Redemption of Cooperative Investment Certificates
The Caisse Régionale de Crédit Agricole Mutuel Alpes Provence recently completed a series of repurchases of Cooperative Investment Certificates. These transactions are part of the program approved by the Combined General Meeting of members on March 25, 2025.
During the week of August 18-22, 2025, the company conducted several transactions on the XPAR market. Daily purchases ranged from 7 to 118 shares, with an average purchase price ranging from €120 to €150. The acquisitions are aimed at canceling the certificates, in accordance with Article 5 of the Market Abuse Regulation.
