Provision of the prospectus for the issuance of shares by CRCAM Alpes Provence

Crédit Agricole Mutuel Alpes Provence announces the availability of the prospectus for the public offering of shares within its affiliated local branches. This initiative aims to broaden the membership base, thereby strengthening the long-term viability of the share capital. The shares, with a nominal value of €1.50, are registered and confer equal voting rights.

The €150 million bond issue will run for one year. Subscribers must subscribe between June 27, 2026, and June 26, 2027, with a minimum subscription of 20 units. These units are not traded on the markets but may be redeemed under certain legal and statutory conditions.

This prospectus has been approved by the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) under number 26-215. It is available from the head office of Crédit Agricole Alpes Provence and on the AMF website.
