CRCAM Brie Picardie: Summary of share buybacks
The Crédit Agricole Mutuel Brie Picardie Regional Bank has announced the results of its share buyback program in accordance with Article 5 of the MAR Regulation. The transactions, carried out between February 23 and 27, 2026, were executed through Kepler Cheuvreux SA.
A total of 1,978 shares were repurchased on February 23 at an average price of €28.88. Transactions over the following days showed price fluctuations between €28.44 and €29.11, with volumes ranging from 1,116 to 2,863 shares per day. All acquisitions were carried out on the XPAR market.
The main objective of these buybacks is the cancellation of shares, allowing Crédit Agricole Brie Picardie to reduce the number of shares in circulation.
