Share buyback activities of Crédit Agricole Brie Picardie
Crédit Agricole Brie Picardie conducted several share buyback operations from May 5 to 9, 2025, in accordance with Article 5 of the MAR Regulation. This mechanism allows for the repurchase of shares for the purpose of cancellation. During this period, a significant total volume of shares was acquired each day on the XPAR market.
On May 5, 335 shares were repurchased at an average price of €21.16. Trading volume increased over the following days, reaching a peak of 1,869 shares on May 7, with an average price of €21.37. The repurchase activity was carried out through Kepler Cheuvreux SA, with the objective of canceling the shares.
