Capital increase of Crédit Agricole SA for the benefit of employees

Crédit Agricole SA carried out a capital increase for its current and former employees in 2026. More than 53,000 employees in France and internationally participated in the operation. This participation exceeded the initial offering of 32 million shares, necessitating a cap on the highest order amounts. This initiative is part of the Group's employee participation policy.

The shares were offered at a 20% discount to the average share price between May 26 and June 22, 2026. Delivery of the new shares is scheduled for August 27. A share buyback is planned to offset the dilutive effect, subject to approval by the ECB.
