Certificate Buyback Program by Crédit Agricole Sud Rhône Alpes
The Caisse Régionale de Crédit Agricole Sud Rhône Alpes detailed its program for the repurchase of cooperative investment certificates (CCI) at the Ordinary General Meeting of March 27, 2026. This program aims to operate on its CCIs on the stock exchange or off-market, in particular to stimulate the market or cancel the acquired CCIs.
As of March 31, 2026, the Caisse holds 38,798 CCIs, representing 6.18% of all CCIs. It is authorized to repurchase up to 10% of the CCIs, or 62,742 certificates, at a maximum price of €300 per certificate.
This program, in accordance with current legislation, ends 18 months after its approval by the assembly, i.e. on September 27, 2027.
