Closing of the 2033-2 bond offering by SCIC Les 3 Colonnes

The cooperative society of collective interest SCIC Les 3 Colonnes successfully completed its public offering of 2033-2 bonds on June 26, 2026. This operation, which began on May 22, 2026, was based on a prospectus approved by the Financial Markets Authority on May 21, 2026 under number 26-155.

The offering consisted of 20,000 bonds, each with a face value of €500, for a total of €10,000,000. All bonds were subscribed, and settlement and delivery took place on June 30, 2026. Subscribers were notified of the validation of their subscription by email.

This success is part of the SCIC's development plan, which plans to soon open a public offering of shares with a total value of 40,000,000 euros, subject to the approval of the AMF.
