Credit Coopératif has disclosed the final offer price notification for its unsubordinated notes. The notes are issued by BNP Paribas Issuance B.V., with the legal documentation including a base prospectus dated May 30, 2024. It has been approved by the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) under number 24-183. The finalized terms were filed with the AMF on May 5, 2025.
The subscription commenced on July 15, 2025, with prices varying from EUR 0.5776 to EUR 0.5967. The highest price was recorded on October 23, 2025, at EUR 0.5967. The notes attracted considerable attention, with significant aggregate nominal amounts on October 27, 2025, reaching EUR 86,000.
