Extension of the INFOCLIP share buyback offer

On October 8, 2026, INFOCLIP announced the extension of the voluntary share buyback offer at €22.14 per share until October 30, 2026. This decision by RIVAGE OPCO follows discussions with shareholders wishing to participate but requiring more time for administrative procedures.

The offer, initially scheduled to close on October 13, has been extended, allowing shareholders to sell their INFOCLIP shares until the new closing date. SwissLife Private Bank, in partnership with Oddo BHF, will acquire these shares on behalf of RIVAGE OPCO.

Following this offer, INFOCLIP's shares will be delisted from the Euronext Access market. Euronext Paris will publish a new notice to adjust the offer's timetable.
