Sensirion, based in Stäfa, Switzerland, has clinched the top spot in the 2025/26 BEST RECRUITERS Award for the "electrical/electronics manufacturing" category in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. The award recognizes Sensirion's significant strides in user-friendly website optimization and enhanced communication with applicants. The company advanced from third in 2023/24 to first this year.

BEST RECRUITERS evaluates over 1,400 employers in German-speaking countries annually. For 2025/26, 423 employers from Switzerland and Liechtenstein were assessed through 330 scientific criteria, focusing on the candidate journey. This includes career website structure, job ad design, and applicant feedback.
