Critical Elements Shareholders Approve Key Resolutions at Annual Meeting

Critical Elements Lithium Corporation (TSX.V:CRE)(US OTCQX:CRECF)(FSE:F12) announced successful outcomes from its Annual Meeting on May 15, 2025. Shareholders approved all proposed resolutions, including the election of nine directors and the appointment of KPMG LLP as auditors.

The meeting saw participation either in person or through proxies, with 31,173,541 common shares represented, equating to 14.31% of all outstanding common shares. Detailed voting results showed strong support for directors, with Jean-Sébastien Lavallée receiving 98.10% of votes in favor.

The Corporation continues to focus on the Rose Lithium-Tantalum project in Québec. This project, strategic for the electric vehicle and energy storage sectors, has obtained significant governmental approvals.
