Amendment of the liquidity contract with TSAF by CBI

On October 1, 2025, Crypto Blockchain Industries SA (CBI) announced an amendment to its liquidity agreement with Tradition Securities And Futures (TSAF). This agreement, initially signed on October 21, 2021, allowed for the return of €40,000 in cash to CBI by September 29, 2025.

As of the half-yearly balance sheet of June 30, 2025, the liquidity account included 216,699 CBI shares and 182,973.79 euros. Since July 2, 2025, an amount of 120,000 euros had already been returned to CBI through this liquidity contract.

The CBI emphasizes that its plans are still subject to significant uncertainties and highlights the inherent risks of cryptoassets. Volatility can affect their financial performance, and past performance is not guaranteed for the future.
