CSL Group, a leading global provider of Critical Connectivity®, has acquired IoTM Solutions Ltd to enhance its eSIM orchestration capabilities. The acquisition aims to simplify global IoT deployments by consolidating fragmented carrier systems and connectivity management platforms. This move allows CSL to provide a unified operating model, facilitating seamless SIM lifecycle and eSIM profile management.

With IoTM's cloud-native platform, CSL can manage over 30 million SIMs, with potential onboarding for over a billion. This strengthens operational resilience, offering customers a single platform to manage global IoT connections, local carrier requirements, and roaming restrictions. The integration prepares enterprises for the transition to SGP.32, the GSMA's next-gen eSIM standard for IoT.
