CTS EVENTIM Opens Iconic Arena for Winter Olympics in Milano
CTS EVENTIM, a leading name in ticketing and live entertainment, inaugurated Italy's largest and most innovative indoor arena in Milano, just in time for the Winter Olympic Games. Known as the "Milano Santagiulia Ice Hockey Arena" during the games, the venue hosted its first event with a women's ice hockey match between Italy and France.
Constructed quickly since the groundbreaking in November 2023, the arena meets the high standards required for Olympic events. Its striking architecture, featuring Europe's largest LED media façade, aims to make it a new Milano landmark.
Post-Olympics, the arena will transform into the "Unipol Dome," hosting concerts, international tours, and sports events. The official opening is set for May 6, with a concert by rock star Ligabue.
