Custodian Property Income REIT Announces Interim Dividend

Custodian Property Income REIT plc has declared its first quarterly interim dividend for the financial year ending 31 March 2027. The dividend, amounting to 1.5 pence per share, is aligned with the quarter ending 30 June 2026. It is scheduled for payment on 28 August 2026. Shareholders registered by 7 August 2026 will be eligible to receive the dividend, which is designated as a property income distribution (PID).
