Custodian Property Income REIT Announces Share Buyback

Custodian Property Income REIT plc has announced the completion of a recent share buyback. The company purchased 500,000 ordinary shares at a price of 77.0 pence per share, with a total expenditure of £385,000. These shares will be held in treasury following the transaction. This buyback is part of an ongoing programme initiated on 17 July 2025, managed independently by Deutsche Numis.

With this transaction, Custodian Property Income REIT has acquired a total of 2,710,000 shares under the programme, totaling £2.1 million in purchases. The buybacks were executed at an average price of 78.1 pence per share, representing an average 18.7% discount to their net asset value. The company now holds 2,710,000 treasury shares, while the total number of shares in issue is 461,068,741.
