CALIBRE Extends its Financial Horizon with HBR Investment Group
CALIBRE announces an extension of its financial horizon thanks to the support of HBR Investment Group. Between 2019 and 2025, the company halved its gross financial debt, reducing it from nearly €14 million to €4.3 million currently. Of this debt, only €1.3 million is owed to third parties, as the repayment due to HBR Investment Group has been deferred to 2029.
In December 2025, CALIBRE strengthened its cash position by €0.7 million through the exercise of its 2022 warrants. Thanks to this financial environment and a strategic partnership with EVIKE, CALIBRE expects to cover its 2026 needs without requiring further financing. Hugo Brugière, representing CALIBRE, expressed his confidence in the positive outlook for 2026.
