CYBERGUN and the renewal of the VERNEY-CARRON observation
CYBERGUN announced the renewal of the observation period for its subsidiary VERNEY-CARRON until May 28, 2025, following a hearing at the Saint-Étienne Commercial Court. This decision is intended to allow for the preparation of a continuation plan, although the possibility of a disposal plan is not excluded.
This renewal has impacted CYBERGUN's ability to close its 2024 accounts, due to the lack of visibility on the accounting treatment of its stake in VERNEY-CARRON. The company hopes to publish these accounts by the end of June 2025.
CYBERGUN continues to seek financing to consolidate VERNEY-CARRON, while preparing for other eventualities. Management remains committed to communicating any new developments promptly.
