CYBERGUN - Convenes its Shareholders for the General Meeting

On September 9, 2026, CALIBRE, a world leader in shooting, announced the convening of its shareholders for a Combined General Meeting on October 16, 2026. Shareholders will notably examine the consolidated accounts for the 2025 financial year, which show a net profit of €1,819,000.

During this event, they will also vote on the renewal of the mandates of two members of the supervisory board, Emmanuel Couraud and Dimitri Romanyszyn, as well as on the appointment of Xavier Ferreira Seixas to replace Fabrice Guarneri.
